Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that returns the sponsored results. We do not save a separate copy of those queries on our servers. When you contact us, we receive the details you place in the message and use them to answer you.
Automatic Technical Data
Our hosting systems create routine logs containing IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate patterns help us maintain the site and learn which resources visitors use. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may rely on cookies or comparable technologies.
How We Use Data
We use these limited records to run the service, diagnose faults, count traffic, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Payson and Utah County offices, Utah agencies, courts, libraries, archives, and outside search services. Information submitted after leaving our pages is controlled by the destination's policy. The same is true when a third-party company provides sponsored search results through an embedded search box.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the technical data described above. We may disclose information in response to valid legal process, but do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Safeguarding Limited Data
Pages are delivered through an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only as long as operational needs require. Since visitors do not create accounts, we hold no site password or user profile for them.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information. Contact us if you believe someone under 18 submitted such data so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
The Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code ยงยง13-61-101 et seq., grants covered consumers rights that may include access, deletion of data they provided, portability, and opting out of sale or targeted advertising. Other laws may grant additional rights based on residence. Because we retain little, a request generally involves checking contact messages and available logs. Submit one through the Contact page. Government records held by Payson, Utah County, or Utah agencies are outside our control and must be addressed with the custodian. The UCPA does not erase lawful public records.
